How To Play Season Roster Draft

Draft six riders before the season opens. Lowest score across the whole schedule wins.

Draft Your Roster

Pick one rider from each of three tiers in 450cc and again in 250cc — six riders total. The admin builds the tiers before the pool opens. Once the draft deadline passes, your roster is locked for the entire season.

Golf-Style Scoring

Each rider's race score is finish position − tier baseline. Beating the baseline is negative (good); finishing worse adds points. A DNF resolves to one position past the last finisher. Lower total wins.

Drop Your Worst Rounds

The pool's worst rounds (default: 2) are dropped from your season total, so a single bad weekend — injuries, mechanical DNFs — doesn't bury you. Only your best rounds count toward the final standings.

Quick Scoring Example

Suppose your Tier 1 (450cc) pick is Cooper Webb and the admin set the tier baseline at 3.

  • • Cooper wins the race (finishes 1st): 1 − 3 = −2
  • • Cooper finishes 3rd: 3 − 3 = 0
  • • Cooper finishes 8th: 8 − 3 = +5

Your race score is the sum across all six roster riders. Your season score is the sum of your races, minus your dropped rounds.

How To Win

The player with the lowest season total (after drops) wins the pool.
